What kind of businesses does Poolside work with?
Restaurants, hotels, bars, cafes, and the vendors who supply them. We only work in hospitality, mostly across Orange County and greater Los Angeles. If you serve food or run a room, we speak your language.
Do I have to sign up for everything at once?
No. Plenty of owners start with one thing, usually social or photography, and add services as they see it working. We’d rather earn the next piece than sell you a bundle you don’t need yet.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need and how often. A single shoot is one number; running your social month to month is another. Tell us what’s on your plate and we’ll give you a straight quote before any work starts, so nothing catches you off guard.
How fast can you start?
Most engagements kick off within a week or two of a first call. A one-off photo or video shoot can often happen sooner. Website and brand work runs longer because there’s more to get right.
Do you only serve Orange County?
It’s home base and where most of our clients are, but we work across Southern California and travel for the right projects. If you’re nearby, even better. We like being able to swing by on a busy night.
Will the marketing actually sound like my restaurant?
That’s the point. We learn your voice, your regulars, and what makes your place yours before we post a word. You should read it back and think “yeah, that’s us,” not “that’s an agency.”
Can you take over a site or social account that already exists?
Yes. We can pick up where the last person left off, clean things up, and keep your history intact. You don’t have to start from zero to work with us.
