Where we are, and what's next.

New to the pieces? Start with the tour, then come back. Your list saves itself as you check things off, right here in your browser.

The short version

We spent the session getting you set up to run this yourself. Claude Code and three skills are now on your laptop.

From here it is two things: finish the setup, and build your second brain so the AI knows Poolside. That is what makes the menus, the audits, and the sites work. This is the first of a few sessions, so the list below is a runway, not a sprint.

Decisions to make

02 What we decided together

The calls from the room.

  • You are running Claude Code yourself. This is teach-to-fish, not only done-for-you.
  • Every client-facing piece runs through the humanizer before it ships.
  • Opus for the heavy builds (websites). Sonnet for lighter, quick work.
  • Squarespace now, with code injection where you already work. Webflow is the better option when you want true edit-by-prompt.
  • Canva for volume and team access. Figma for the higher-craft pieces.

03 On us

What Boring is handling.

So you can see we are accountable too.

  • Done Send you these notes + action items
  • In progress Hand over the three skills: humanizer, SEO/AEO, meeting-loop (install + schema)
  • In progress Help you stand up the Poolside second brain (folders + the grills)
  • In progress Send the design-principles doc for Canva and Figma
  • In progress Scope an auto-cut tool (files in → branded cuts out)

04 From our end

A few suggestions, free of charge.

Start with one golden build

Take a single site or menu all the way through — build, humanize, audit, publish — so the team feels one complete win before you layer on more.

Stand up the second brain first

It is the thing that makes everything else faster and on brand. Do the grills once and it pays off on every job after.

Make menus the flagship

It is your most painful, most repeated job. Turning a 4–5 hour Canva build into a fill-in is the most visible proof of value for your team.

Bundle “found + safe” as an add-on

SEO/AEO and ADA together — get found by AI and do not get sued — is an easy upsell across your retainer clients, and it runs without you.

Make recording the keystone habit

You field calls all day. Recording them is the smallest change with the biggest payoff this week.

05 Still open

  • Is the ClickUp automation still something you want? It did not come up, so we left it parked.
  • Whose footage and which finished cut should we use as the style reference for the soccer tool?
  • Who on the team is the first to get trained, beyond you?

Stuck on any of it? Text me, don't sweat it.
